First and foremost, I want you to know that photographing older newborns is a delightful experience. Each baby has a unique personality and a captivating charm that comes with a few extra weeks of life. I truly believe that we'll be able to create stunning and heartfelt images that you'll cherish for a lifetime.

While we might not capture the typical "sleeping baby" poses that are often associated with newborn photography, we have the opportunity to capture something equally magical – those wide-eyed moments, adorable yawns, and sweet smiles. These candid and authentic expressions reveal the beginnings of your baby's personality and are incredibly endearing to witness.

During the session, I encourage you to relax and enjoy the moment with your little one. Embrace the natural interactions and connections between you and your baby, as well as any siblings who might be present. Those tender moments of love and bonding make for some of the most beautiful photographs.

In some instances, to achieve those peaceful and sleepy poses, we may need to swaddle your baby. Swaddling helps keep your baby comfortable and secure, allowing us to capture those adorable curled-up poses that showcase their delicate features. Rest assured that your baby's safety and comfort are always our top priority, and we'll handle them with the utmost care during the swaddling process.

My ultimate goal is to create a gallery of photographs that tell a heartwarming story of your family's love, joy, and new beginnings. These images will serve as cherished memories, reminding you of this special chapter in your lives for generations to come.
If you have any questions or ideas you'd like to discuss before the session, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to ensure that this experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible for you and your family.
